everyone we met from the staff was nice. we had family room on the top level. the breakfast had good choice of excellent food and drinks.

The room was nicely furnished and light filled. the room included good linen and comfy chairs. It had an open terrace. There were a microwave, an electric kettle, and a fridge. the location was close enough to Carcassonne. There were good restaurants nearby. I felt safe.

Pierrette was also an amazing guide, giving us insider tips on the best places to visit in the area. We can't thank her enough for her warm welcome and willingness to go the extra mile. The private garage nearby made parking a breeze, and the free wi-fi in public areas was a great added bonus. We also loved being able to enjoy our meals in the lovely outdoor dining area. The flat-screen TV and electric kettle in the room were convenient amenities, and the availability of cots for families with young children was a thoughtful touch. We were also impressed by the fact that pets were allowed, making it a perfect option for pet owners like us. Lastly, the strict no-smoking policy on site ensured a fresh and clean environment.
